Independent Financial Advisor
Job description:
At Clarity Wealth Limited we believe in putting the client at the front of our advice process. This means we concentrate on holistic financial planning while being truly independent and directly authorised by the FCA. We have no contingent relationships with funds or providers and use metric-based research to ensure we provide client centric advice. This means as an adviser you can engage and service your clients knowing that you are providing a fantastic service.
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced financial adviser with a growth mindset to join an exciting, friendly and expanding company. Clarity Wealth Limited is growing, with regular new enquiries shared amongst advisers, alongside scope for existing clients to be handed over and serviced appropriately.
Whilst it is not a pre-requisite, we would welcome applicants with an established client following or those who can bring their own client bank. However, it is important that you still wish to develop and grow your client following, and the relevant support will be provided depending on your requirements. Whether you are currently employed or self-employed looking to move into an employed role, we would welcome your application. Most importantly, you must align with our company values and culture.
As we are a relatively small company you will feel part of a growing and ambitious team that will support you wherever necessary with the right tools, technology, and office space to succeed. This also means you will need to bring initiative and a growth mindset, with the willingness to adapt as the business develops and evolves.
We value collaboration and believe in building a strong, team-focused environment.
-
Onboarding: First six months predominantly office-based to support training, shadowing and client work, with occasional WFH flexibility.
-
Ongoing: Hybrid pattern, typically four days in the office, though this may vary based on client meetings and team needs. Our advisers have autonomy over their diaries but are expected to prioritise clients and team collaboration.
To maintain flexibility for clients, advisers are not expected to allocate fixed WFH days on a consistent basis, as this can restrict clients’ ability to book their preferred appointment times. If having set work-from-home days each week is important to you, this is not the right role.
We are able to offer a very attractive salary and bonus structure. Base salaries range from £50,000 – £75,000 depending on experience and qualifications, with realistic uncapped OTE between £75,000 and £105,000 (subject to starting salary).
