This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced financial adviser to join a friendly, ambitious, and growing firm. Clarity Wealth Limited continues to expand, with regular new client enquiries shared across the adviser team, alongside opportunities to take on and service existing clients. We have a fantastic office space in Roundhay Leeds with private parking and a professional but friendly team atmosphere
We put clients at the centre of everything we do. Our advice is built around holistic financial planning, delivered through genuinely independent advice as a directly FCA-authorised firm. We have no contingent relationships with funds or providers and use metric- and evidence-based research to ensure advice remains objective, robust, and client focused. This allows advisers to engage with clients confidently, knowing they are delivering advice they genuinely believe in.
We hold ourselves to high professional standards and value a strong work ethic. This means taking ownership and accountability for our work, doing what we say we will do, and consistently delivering a reliable, high-quality client experience that builds long-term trust.
While an established client following is not a prerequisite, we welcome applicants who already have, or are developing, their own client bank. What matters most is a desire to continue growing as an adviser. We are a growth-oriented business and value individuals who are committed to continual learning, developing their technical knowledge, embracing feedback, and using technology to enhance client outcomes and efficiency.
As a relatively small firm, you will be a visible and valued part of the team. We value collaboration and aim to create a supportive, team-focused environment where advisers contribute positively and adapt as the business evolves.
Putting clients first underpins every decision we make. We act in our clients’ best interests at all times, providing independent, evidence-based advice free from conflicts, and making recommendations as if we were advising ourselves or our own families.
