We’re raising a glass as Jon hits his 3-year milestone with Clarity Wealth Limited — and what a journey it’s been.
When Jon came for his interview, he didn’t even live in Leeds — he travelled all the way from Suffolk just to meet us.
He also couldn’t grow a beard at that point, but things have changed dramatically since then.
He told me he was moving to Horsforth and had a flat let agreed just around the corner with his cousin — and to my surprise, it turned out to be true.
From the moment he walked through the door, Jon’s energy, passion, and warmth were obvious. I knew straight away we had to bring him on board — and looking back, it was one of the best decisions I’ve made.
Over the past three years, Jon has become one of the most helpful and resourceful people I’ve had the pleasure of working with. He’s constantly learning, growing, and stepping up — and it’s been a real privilege to watch his development both personally and professionally.
