Professional:

As an independent financial adviser, my focus is on delivering honest, thoughtful advice that helps individuals and families make confident financial decisions. Over the years, I have developed a specialism in ethical investment, working with clients who want their investment portfolios to reflect not just their financial goals, but their personal values. Whether that means investing in environmentally responsible companies or avoiding industries that don’t align with your principles, I aim to help you grow your wealth in a way that feels right to you.

Every client I work with has a different story, set of goals, and vision for the future. That’s why I take the time to understand what matters most to you. Whether it’s planning for retirement, managing through retirement, supporting loved ones, or making a difference through charitable giving. My role is to provide clear, independent advice and develop financial strategies that are practical, achievable, and tailored to your objectives.

Financial planning is about more than just today and encompasses ensuring that your values and intentions carry forward. I help clients navigate the complexities of passing on wealth, supporting the next generation, and leaving a meaningful impact.

My advice is always client-led and values-driven. Being independent means that we’re not tied to any provider, so you can be confident that my recommendations are made with your best interests at heart.

Personal:

When not in work, I spend time with my wife and our two dogs, where most of my happiest moments are found in the quieter, more familiar parts of life. Whether it’s early morning walks through the countryside, exploring new spots with the dogs in tow, or just enjoying a slow Sunday at home, I value time spent close to what matters.

I have a real love for good food. Whether that’s cooking something at home, discovering a new place, or sharing a meal with friends. Catching up over food with people I care about is something I never take for granted.

I try to spend as much time as I can visiting friends, staying connected, and making space for conversation, laughter, and the kind of company that doesn’t need much more than a kettle on or a bottle opened.

For me, life’s best moments are often the simple ones; being outside, sharing a meal, or just enjoying everyday with my family (and dogs).

Somewhere with mountains, lakes, and no schedule—ideally a place where we can disconnect and recharge together.

Something by the Kooks – too many to pick from! Probably Seaside.

The Black Eyed Peas – great for preparing for the day ahead.

Samwise Gamgee.

Tracking down a missing sock, before my dogs manage to find it.

An apple crumble, maybe some ice cream on the side.

Integrity, curiosity, and a sense of humour.

Overpromising and underdelivering.

A really bright torch from my dad.

A quiet coffee before the house wakes up, great conversations, and well-timed dad jokes.

Kayaking in Canada, managing to keep a houseplant alive and getting a hole in one.
