Terms & Conditions
- The referral programme is available to existing clients of Clarity Wealth Limited.
- The individual being introduced must not already be engaged with Clarity Wealth Limited.
- The referred individual must become a client of Clarity Wealth Limited following completion of our normal suitability, advice and onboarding process before any reward becomes payable.
- To qualify for the referral programme, the referred individual must have a minimum of £150,000 in pensions, investments and/or savings available for advice.
- Clients do not need to discuss the value of a referral’s assets or assess whether they meet this requirement before making an introduction. Clarity Wealth Limited will determine eligibility as part of our normal client onboarding process.
- One reward is available per successful referral.
- Clients may choose either a £500 gift voucher from one of the available retailers or a £500 donation to a UK-registered charity.
- Rewards will be issued following completion of the new client’s onboarding process and receipt of any applicable initial advice fees.
- No cash alternative is available.
- Clarity Wealth Limited reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the referral programme at any time.
- The referral programme is intended as a genuine thank you for introductions and should not be regarded as an inducement to recommend regulated financial advice services.
