At Clarity Wealth Limited, we know that the key to delivering the very best advice for our clients is to invest in people. That’s why we’re delighted to welcome two new graduates — Oliver and Oliver — who have joined us on our graduate programme.
Both will be supported and trained all the way through to becoming fully qualified Chartered Financial Advisers. This is an important step in our long-term vision: to grow sustainably, uphold professionalism, and nurture our team so that our clients continue to receive the very best service.
What makes this even more exciting is how well they both performed to secure their places. We received over 450 applications for our graduate programme. From these, we interviewed 20 and invited just 4 candidates to our Graduate Assessment Day. Originally, we only planned to recruit one graduate — but both Olivers impressed us so much that we simply couldn’t choose between them. We’re delighted that they’ve joined us together.

Settling In with a Team Day Out
To help our new starters feel at home — and to take some time away from the office together — we recently enjoyed a team day out.
We began with cake at our office in Beechwood House, followed by a picnic and walk around Roundhay Park 🌳, and then finished with a fun (and slightly competitive!) table tennis match 🏓 back at the office.
It was a fantastic way for the whole team to connect outside of work, and for Oliver and Oliver to get to know everyone in a relaxed setting.
Why This Matters for Our Clients
Everything we do at Clarity Wealth Limited comes back to our clients. By recruiting and developing talent internally, we can ensure that our team:
- Shares our values
- Loves helping people
- Has the highest levels of training and professionalism
Combined with our investment in our new office at Beechwood House, this reflects our ambition to build both the best place to work and the best place to invest.
Our clients remain at the heart of everything we do — today, tomorrow, and for years ahead.th one purpose in mind: helping you achieve clarity and confidence with your finances — now and in the future.
